Use software with local OEM device

I bought the HSV293 S from a local reseller, and they use their own custom software, which is an outdated version of the original software. I want to use the original software to get more features, but it is not detecting my device. Is there a way to "force" compatibility?

The device I have is from Rise Mode, if it helps. Their software is version 2.9.178.219 and they haven't updated it in ages.

The version you purchased, 2.9.178.219, is our previous version. Our version has been updated in the past two days, and their version will also be updated later. However, once our version is stable, there is no need to worry about keeping up with the features
