Key release event and sensitive for knobs

Hello.

1. Please add an event when a key is released, not just when a key is pressed, similar to Stream Deck.
2. The knobs on N3 do not send events on every tick, and with fast rotation very many ticks are missed, please improve the accuracy of the knobs.
