New ajazz application not working

I got the AKP03E but i am not able to use it. I downloaded software from the link provided in manual- AJAZZ.key123.vip/ENGwin but software is not working. It is stuck on loading screen. Tried everything - Restarting pc, reinstalling the application, but nothing worked

Please confirm that your device AKP03E is not another AKP03 device, as it has three different models, AKP03E, AKP03, and AKP03R, which correspond to different software

The same thing happens to me, I already saw that the solution in my case is to download the Russian version of my product but there is no way to simply make the products compatible? What I mean is, do I have the Russian version, yes or do I have What to use the Russian driver? Is there no way to use the English or international version?

Ajazz has an independent Russian version that you can download from the official website
