I was able to run it in Russian. Translation files are located in the program. In earlier versions of the program StreamDock_2.9.172, Russian language is included. But then it was simply removed from the language selection. To return, you just need to return it to the list (it is item 8 in the list).

This is the Russian language. But it cannot be selected in the list (it was removed from the language selection). And because of this, the translation is not always correct. If you need I can help with correct translation of the text.
