o programado stream dock não inicializa com o sistema

Por algum motivo o programa não inicializa com sistema, por mais que ele esteja liberado para inicializar com o sistema nas configurações do windows e nas configurações do programa, ele não inicializa, alguem que teve esse problema conseguiu resolver?

no, my program just dont startup with my pc like the config says
