I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue with a recently purchased Mbox N3. After installing the software that accompanies the device, the hardware encounters a "USB Code 43" error and is not recognized within the program.
I have attempted the installation on three different computers running Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems also with two different usb type c cables, but the issue persists. The Mbox N3 unit is brand new and was taken straight out of the box.
Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue? Please let me know if you require any additional information or troubleshooting steps from my side.
