Open chrome webapp?

Hi, I would like to open a webapp such as flowsavvy or others that exist as chrome webapps (the ones we install via browser - extensions - install )
Their path is something like: "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome_proxy.exe"  --profile-directory=Default --app-id=jjlaohjjbndjmpieoldlhglkkmfcakbf

But if I choose to open the shortcut or paste the full path in the line, it just open the chrome window.

What we open are programs and folders. If you want to include a specific plugin in the program, you can use other methods as needed, and the implementation of the operation flow will be better

I ended up creating a hotkey to open the app and then add it to the dock. its working
