MBox N4 ideas

You asked for ideas with regard to the MBox N4 (Kickstarter project)

Here are some features that would be great to see on the N4 box and related software:


- Add push function as well for the rotary knobs (e.g. mute/un-mute sound)
- Multi-click support (pushing multiple times gives other function)
- Templates for common software (Spotify, Teams etc.)
- IFTTT support
- Smart home automation control support (e.g. home assistant project)
- Music controls
- Customizable sound effects (pushing buttons)
- Option for animated information (e.g. digital clock, temperature etc. at each button)
- Windows/Mac stats
- Easy plugin SDK
- Build in graphics to icon converter (for convience)
- Support for user profiles (button 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5...)
- Control presentations
- Lock PC button
- Put deck into sleep with push of a button (or multiple buttons to keep full button functions)


This is what I came up with in 2 minutes... will give it some more thought ;-)
