Device not detected

Hello! I just plugged in my new MiraBox via USB, downloaded the software and it says "Device not detected" and I can not do anything. The device is lit up but no function.... Please help!

Thanks for getting back! At least I get a recognition now after I changed the cable but getting this notification...

Is your device N4? Open the "Device Manager" on your computer, unplug and plug in our device, and check if there is a refresh. If there is, replace it with a fast charging cable for a phone with more than 33W and try a different USB to see if it works properly
