I didn't see your specific model. If it's AKP153, it can only be in Chinese. If it's AKP153E, you can switch to the existing language

I'm with you guys, no luck in customer service, the software sucks since it can't be installed and is in Chinese. I went in a recoded what I could to get the akpo3 to show up but isn't working on my Mac. Worked ok on a windows laptop but still required so re coding. This thing is probably going to end up in the trash. Any help would be great.

Firstly, this AKP03 is a Chinese version of the device. You can contact the seller to replace it with the English version of AKP03E, which requires communication with the merchant. I can only provide software service prompts.
