Stream Dock Device Not Detected after Firmware update

I notice there is a firmware update on the device tab, when I click it, it show a progress bar and then it said my device disconnected.
Then the screen goes blank, and I tried to reconnect (unplug and plug again) but the device still show nothing.

My model is SADES Ryunix XD100, similiar with the AJAZZ AKP153

Any help is apreciate

AKP153 is the Chinese version, you need to download its Chinese software to use it,
