"Connecting to Voicemod" forever in sounboard module

I'm using the voicemod plugin for stream dock and all of the other modules work, however just the "Soundboard play" displays the message "Connecting to Voicemod" and doesn't show any other options for configuration. I've left it open for hours with no success in the connection.

Is there another step to take in the process of configurating it?

What is the version of Voicemod you are using? The version we are using is normal

The strange thing is that this only happens to the soundboard module

This is a problem with some sound boards, which has been addressed by engineers
