Stream dock failure

Hello
just bought FHOOU deck, download SD app (very slow connection) but Deck is unusable:

Software is seen as virus  by PC, so I turn off antivirus.

I was able to download the Companion plugin, but it won't load or open,  nothing changes, deck is still no recognized by system.

As of today deck is just a brick in my desktop.

Got to send it back.

I also have the similar issue. app is installed (Windows11) but it cant find the device. The model is HSV293S (FHOOU)
How can i solve the problem?

Did you use it normally in the early stage, and did you find any USB devices when you connected it to the computer
