I have a AJAZZ AKP03 which I'm having issues with installing on my home PC (WIndows 10). I've tested it and it works on two other PCs fine (Windows 7 and 10), so I believe it is likely a driver issue.
On my home PC it says the device is connected, but won't update the images and button functions.
What I have tried:
USB cable supplied - won't work (its a little loose in the ports)
Own USB cables - AKP03 found on some USB ports, but won't work
USB 2 ports on rear of PC - AKP03 found, but won't work
USB 2 ports on front panel - sometimes found, but still won't work
USB 3 ports front and rear - finds the AKP03, then loses it
USB 2 powered hub - finds the AKP03, then loses it
Uninstall software and re-install - still won't work
Uninstall device driver, reboot and reconnect - Still won't work
Uninstall software, disconnect keyboard, reboot, re-install software and connect keyboard - Still won't work
Tested on two other PC's - Works fine first time.
One thing I noticed is that on my home PC when the AKP03 is detected, only one additional HID device shows in device manager, where on my works PC two additional HID devices show in device manager when plugged in.
Any suggestions?
