Device doesn't turn off the screen?

Hello everybody

I purchased the XYSTEC ZX-5539. While I am in principle happy with the device there is one thing that seems to not work as expected. I am using the dock with an Mac M1. The screen of the device never seems to turn off while it is connected to the laptop, even when I close the laptop. I already tried to change the "Automatic screen off" to 1 minute. But the screen of the device stays on. Is this a known bug, or is the screen supposed to stay on. I fear that the screen will die soon, if it stays on forever? I also set the "Automatic screen off" to "Follow the system". But it also doesn't shut down the screen when the laptop is closed. It just switches to the "Screensaver Mode" which shows a static image.

Happy to get some feedback on this topic.

This is because images and GIF images can be added during the design process, mainly for the purpose of viewing images even after the computer screen is turned off

Connect it again when it can be used, so it won't be constantly powered on or the computer won't shut down

我是m4芯片N1设备，一样也是没办法息屏，电脑待机了设备还是显示在小键盘界面一直亮着。

这个是的，因为我们在设计时是没有电脑没有工作时用来做为计算器用，就是通电只少是计算器

能否支持设置，不作为计算器或者数字键盘使用，MACOS经常24小时待机不关机，结果N1也24小时亮着，这样可以延长屏幕寿命

有一个方法，你这个电脑会合上盖不，如果会你就得先在设备里，设置好自动熄屏的时间，等屏幕黑了后，再合上Mac的盖子，就不会一直亮了，如果台式机的Mac，你就要在自动熄屏前锁屏就好了

我是mac mini，电脑锁屏了以后，屏幕还没黑，N1就自动切到数字键盘了，除非拔键盘，不让就24小时一直亮着

是在我们软件的“设置”的“设备”页有一个自动熄屏的可选择时间的，你设置1分钟，等我们的N1熄屏后，你再锁屏就行了
