MBox N4, why there is no background for text?

When setting up icons and add text to it why there is no background highlight for text like in Microsoft Word? The text merges with the image and nothing is visible.

Due to the fact that installing any beautiful colored icon causes the text on this button to become poorly visible, I have to print all my buttons with keyboard shortcuts on a black background.

Do you mean that like MS Word, there can be an option in the title for the background color of the device font,

There is only: Color of text, Underline, Italic, Bold. There is no Text highlight

Now have to make the icons myself manually in MS Word or Photoshop, and after do a screenshot with the Stream dock program to buttons. MS Word marks letters with a black rectangle, which turns out to be roughly squares. Photoshop marks text more beautifully and more smoothly because it accurately follows the outline of the letters (Layer -> Blending Options -> Stroke -> Position outside).
