Title: Device Not Detected Issue with N3 MBox

Hello,
I recently purchased the following product and installed the software. After connecting it via USB, the device powers on, but Windows does not seem to recognize it.
When I run the software, it appears to detect a different (probably default) device, and the status shows "Device Not Detected" in the settings.

Model: N3
Product Name: MBox

[Software Info]
General > Version: 3.10.191.0421
Device > Serial Number: Device Not Detected

Environment:
OS: Windows 11
I'm eager to start using the product, but even though it's physically connected, it’s not being recognized by the PC, which is quite frustrating. Is there any known solution for this?

P.S.
I came across another post describing what seems to be a similar issue (different model, perhaps):

Inquiry About USB Cable and Port Compatibility Issue

Hello,
I'm leaving a comment now that the issue has been resolved.
When I used the included USB to USB-C cable, the device received power but was not recognized for data transfer on a USB 3.1 port. However, when I connected it using a recently purchased spare USB cable, it was recognized properly.
It seems there may be an issue with the included cable. Could you please advise whether this problem is likely due to the USB port compatibility or the included cable itself? Is it possible that the included cable is a charging-only cable and does not support data transfer?

Please help to provide your hardware information.
The cable include supports data transfer. You could try to connect the N3 to your other usb port, or other computer to check this cable.
