Title: Device Not Detected Issue with N3 MBox
Hello,
I recently purchased the following product and installed the software. After connecting it via USB, the device powers on, but Windows does not seem to recognize it. When I run the software, it appears to detect a different (probably default) device, and the status shows "Device Not Detected" in the settings.

OS: Windows 11 I'm eager to start using the product, but even though it's physically connected, it’s not being recognized by the PC, which is quite frustrating. Is there any known solution for this?
