Since latest update my 296 does not do anything at all. Where can I get older software?

Worked well before last software update
Then after update not responding, but turning on.
Then it stopped turning on at all

They haven't released a new version, did you upgrade to the wrong version. You can first ask their clients if the version is correct.

Not firmware update. StreamDock software. Software told me a newer version is out, I updated, then it stopped working.

They haven't released a new version yet. What is your current software version number? It feels like you're not using their backend program

On earlier version it worked fine, but after update keys will no longer turn on, even when trying on another device.

I previously gave wrong model number, it is 293 not 296. Apologies.

Can you take a photo and send it to us for a look? Take a picture of the version number and hardware version number. Will the screen light up when the USB is connected to the computer?
