GIF file on AKP153

I can't found a solution to use a gif file as background image on a key.
The available extensions are *.jpg *.jpeg *.png *.bmp *.xpm *.ico *.icns *.tiff
It could be great to accept *.gif.

does this means that I will be able to firmware upgrade my AKP153 or only newer hardwares? Im looking for GIF as well.

The new firmware is also a new device PCB, and the release date will be around May 2024

So did you advertise the AKP153 to run GIF but the first version wont be able to run it? That's a scam.
