AJAZZ APK03E has no items in the store

Hello,

I just purchased a AJAZZ AKP03E stream dock and I'm not able to see any items (plugins or icons) within the Store.

There is a message that says "There are no appropriate components for your device"

Software was downloaded via the below link:

AJAZZ.key123.vip/ENGwin

Software version: 2.10.182.1015
Says I'm using the latest version when selecting "Check for updates..."

Firmware version: V25.AKP03E.01.004
Says the firmware is the latest version when selecting "Update the firmware"

Please assist me with this issue.
