N3 unresponsive

My N3 usually works for around 5 minutes before it becomes unresponsive (button and knob not responding). I unplug and replug the USB connection, and it will work for another 5 minutes before being unresponsive again. I tested my N3 on 2 of my devices (eg. windows PC and windows laptop) and the issue remains for both.


Seeking assistance on this please. My software is currently running on 3.10.186.1213, and the language is set to 中文 as prompted by the software itself.

Where did you purchase it? You can contact the supplier at that time. We have never encountered such a situation before
