Hello! I just plugged in my new MiraBox via USB, downloaded the software and it says "Device not detected" and I can not do anything. The device is lit up but no function.... Please help!

Is your device N4? Open the "Device Manager" on your computer, unplug and plug in our device, and check if there is a refresh. If there is, replace it with a fast charging cable for a phone with more than 33W and try a different USB to see if it works properly
