Errors every System Reboot

The errors say,  SDLibrary1.dll, QCefView.dll and ffmpeg-6.dll was not found.

I have tried reinstalling the program, making sure the system is up to date and has the latest firmware, and completely doing a factory reset but the error messages keep showing up. I am not sure what to do and I was wondering if someone here can help? I sometimes run into issues of the buttons not working for Websites as well and I have to repaste the link for them to work. They sometimes do nothing when pressed.

May I ask what version of Windows operating system you are using, and have you turned off your antivirus software before installing our software?

I am using Windows 11 and I did not but I allowed it through my Antivirus Software. Could this be my issue? Thanks for responding.

I thought you had solved it. You had to turn off the antivirus software first and then install the program, so there wouldn't be any error prompts. This is because your antivirus software deleted these files
