Steam Soundpad Integration

Is there any way to integrate Steam's Soundpad into the deck?
I used to have a BarRaider plugin, but I can't find it.
I even tried downloading it directly from this link: https://space.key123.vip/product?id=20250802001264.
But when I insert it into the folder, nothing changes in the application.
