Limited Functionality When Using Multiple Stream docks at the Same Time

Hello,

I purchased two streaming controllers, the Vision 02 and the Vision 01 Sound (models RM-MC-01 and RM-MCS-01-B from Rise Mode). However, when one of the devices is selected or in focus within the software, some functions of the other device stop working.

For example, scene switching and other button-specific features do not work correctly on the second controller while the first one is active.

I would like to use both devices simultaneously and as intended, without losing any functionality. Is there a known workaround, configuration, or an upcoming fix that would allow proper multi-device support?

(Simpler buttons like actions and hotkeys work, but scene shift and some other do not)

Could you please send us a screenshot of your software version number? We have tested on the latest version 3.10.194 and it works normally

When switching scenes, if you only show the previous and next scenes, there should be no problem. It's just that the specified scene cannot be switched, right? Are there any other issues

Yes, just tried this scenario and the problem seems to be when trying to go to a specific scene indeed.
Otherwise everything else works.
