Problem with Cubase plugin in Stream Dock 293S

Hello.
I don't know if this is the right place, but I don't speak English and even less Chinese.
I have the Stream Deck 293S. I have installed the Cubase plugin and in version 2.10.182.1022 it works without problem, but in any higher version it doesn't. The problem is that when Windows 11 starts, the Streamdock.exe application starts correctly *, but the scene I created for the plugin, doesn't work. The plugin doesn't load. I have to close the application and reopen it or uninstall the plugin and reinstall it.

I have also tried the solutions that the creator indicates on his website to solve other problems, such as manually indicating the Cubase path.


I bought this device specifically to use with Cubase and I am stopping using it because of the problems I mentioned.

*With version 2.10.182.1022, the problem I have is that when Windows starts, the application is not minimized.

I have uninstalled the application, reinstalled, tried all versions. administrator mode, etc. and there is no way.

This problem mainly occurs when the Cubase plugin does not start properly after booting up. Please check how many plugins you have downloaded, remove all other plugins first, and then check if they work properly after booting up.

I've uninstalled the "Windows Actions" Plugin by Arky Asmal and rebooted several times and in principle it works perfectly.
The truth is that I've never used that plugin that I've uninstalled, so there's no problem.

I'll try to reinstall it to make sure that's the problem and to see if I can get them both to work, but of course if anyone else has the same problem with the Cubase plugin or any other, here's the solution that dockkey2023 gave me.

We have been optimizing this, but sometimes there may be some incompatibility issues with specific plugins. However, as long as you believe in Stream Dock, we will continue to work hard

Well, it was a short-lived joy. I have uninstalled all the plugins and the same thing is still happening.

What I have discovered is that if I turn off the computer and restart it within a few minutes, the plugin loads correctly. That is what happened to me the first day.
If I try it the next day, the chances of it working are very low. One in a hundred, it works correctly.

I will still settle for restarting the program or reinstalling the plugin.

The strange thing is that with version 2, it always works, but it starts maximized. You can't have everything.

Anyway, and of course, thanks a thousand times for the help.

P.S. I have installed the new version 3.10.187.1230

Which plugins do you mainly use? Let's test them according to your plugins

Switch audio Devices (SwitchAudio)
Calendar
Weather Query
System Performance Monitor
Time options (TimeTools)
And Cubase.

I think some of them are installed with the program (at least I don't remember installing that many).

Anyway, the ones I use are Cubase, Time options, Weather, System monitor and Calendar.
