Device not detected

Hallo, ich habe nur ein Gerät angeschlossen, bekomme aber in der Software immer zwei Geräte in dem das erste, das StramDock 293S nicht erkannt wird und das zweite ...V3_4E37 ist von der Software erkannt  
We kann ich das zweite Gerät, das nicht erkannte Gerät von der Software löschen?
Was ich bisher machte: Kabel mehrmals fest eingesteckt. USB Port gewechselt. Ist direkt an das Mainboard angeschlossen.
Software 3 Mal uninstalliert und neu installiert, dabei registry im windows komplett gesäubert + alle Softwarereste.
Wieso bekomme ich zwei Geräte?

The N3 is obviously not visible in the stream dock software.
My device, the MBox 293S V3E37, which was recognized, is also not found by the update server. Why is that?

The versions of this model are all the latest, and we do not have any open updates without new firmware
