Mbox N1 - Stream Dock software cant program buttons

Hi all,

I have an issue where the N1 setting pag dontt allow me to drag and drop aything at all.
he scene oso dosnt rflec onot h kypad.
Please let me know if theere is anything ha i need to update.
software ver is 3.10.190.0410
device staed in software as MBox N1 E_4022

You can rotate 5 to 8 grids while pressing the large rotation button, which will enter our button configuration mode
