Thx for providing the download link. Now I'm on version 3.10.190.0407.

Unfortuanately none of my mentioned problems are resolved with this new release.

Can you please have a deeper look in this?

First question: Our device does not use standard keyboard commands, so there may be some issues with remote desktop command conversion. If remote desktop uses hotkeys, you can try using super hotkeys
The second issue is that there is a problem with switching shortcut keys for this task, and we have already reported it to the engineers.
Thirdly, this has always been in this state because if you lock the screen, it means you are ready to stop using the computer, so our workbench has also entered a locked screen state.
