Missing (not working) functionalities in Stream Dock

I'm currently looking at the software for the original Elgato StreamDeck and I see that there is a default font setting for the entire device:  ElgatoCzcionka.jpg

You can also add both Profile and Page changes to MultiAction and additionally attach other HotKey actions - something that is not there (cannot be done in Mirabox StreamDock): Multi.jpg

There is even the option of MultiAction Switch - this is not available in Mirabox StramDock at all: MaSw.jpg

Unfortunately, I am unable to check how the configuration works for the knobs - because I do not have Elgato StreamDeck + and the software itself does not allow you to select this device. It is possible that you can also assign normal actions to pressing the knob just like to any other key (because why can't you do it since it is the same key as the others only without displaying an icon).
However, Elgato StreamDeck currently seems much more refined and has much greater possibilities (support for long key presses, KEY_UP support, more page 10 and does not display them empty on the device if they have not been configured).
However, Mirabox still needs a lot of improvement/work to be comparable to Elgato. For now, it seems to compete in price, but... in my country, Elgato StreamDeck + is only twice as expensive as MBox N4 - so the difference in price is not that big, but the functionality is quite big). I wonder when the Engineers will deal with these modifications/new features in the software, so that it has similar functionality to Elgato's software?

Finally I have debugged and checked... the KEY_DOWN and KEY_UP codes are sent one after the other - when a key is pressed. So if it is a device error, it is simply faulty (it should be replaced for a properly working one free of charge). However, it is very likely that it is a software error - but why send KEY_UP when a key is pressed simultaneously with KEY_DOWN??? To show that it is supported at all? These look like obvious errors either in hardware or software production.

We have noticed the differences in these features and are now intensifying our efforts to develop them. We believe that these features will be updated in the next few versions. Stay tuned

Would it be possible to add more pages (e.g. 10 like in Elgato)? It would be good if when turning the knob (plugin change page) it didn't stop on empty pages (like in Elgato - only pages added by the user are scrolled). I know that you can use, for example, Create Folder on a key, but it also uses one key (and returning from it also blocks one key) and in addition you have to click a lot. The problem is that in a device like the N3 there are only 6 keys and each such additional page (as it is done in Elgato) would be very advisable. Currently, however, there are too few of them for more extensive applications. Unfortunately, the N3 is the only device that has both knobs and keys - so you can't replace it with a device with more keys, for example.

Could you add the functionality of exporting scenes in a text format that is easy to edit and modify in a text editor? Currently, it is exported as a binary file, which makes it impossible to edit. The thing is that sometimes it is easier to edit and change something in a text file than to laboriously fix it in the Stream Dock program (if a plugin has a lot of settings and there are many references to it, it takes a huge amount of time).

In the form of text, there will be many difficult details to handle in terms of configuration and plugin placement, and editing will also feel messy. Only by importing into our backend and finding the corresponding configuration file from the C drive can you modify it in file format.

Recently, a very cool change has been introduced - you can configure buttons in N3 under keys (those that do not have icons displayed). I really like this change. And could another change be added so that the return key for Create Folder could be moved to other keys instead of always being on the first key at the top, as it is now? The point is that it occupies a key on which an icon can be displayed, and if it could be moved to other keys (e.g. using drug and drop), it could be moved in N3 to a key without an icon. It would be a pity to "waste" a key on which you can assign various actions and display icons on the obvious return key. If it were possible to drag it to other keys, you could use a key that has excellent - the same as other keys - functionality, but does not display an icon, but it would be known that this key can always do it.

Could you also add the Recently selected scene plugin? The thing is that after changing Scene and Page there is no easy way to return to the place from which you called up that other Page. Especially if it can be called up from several different other pages or/and scenes. And so you could return to the previous place by pressing one key.

MiraBox SDK is seriously lacking the ability to trigger an exit event from a folder. The idea is that you can have plugins in a folder that do something after pressing a key and immediately exit (close the folder) - without having to press another exit key from the folder. This would allow you to create plugins that require fewer keystrokes and therefore the service would be faster - this functionality is seriously lacking.

Icons on buttons if they are not square scale incorrectly. They are enlarged or reduced in all directions to the size of the button - the image is distorted. And they should be scaled (stretched or reduced) proportionally to the longest side and displayed in the middle of the button. The image should correspond to the real one and not be deformed because the incomprehensible problem is its scaling.
