problems using the apps internal shop

When trying to install apps using the streamdock app I get the following message:
"There are no appropriate components for your device."

When trying to update the firmware it says:
"The server could not find the corresponding device."

I'm using streamdock version 3.10.195.0902 and my device is a mirabox n4 pro running firmware version V4.N4.Pro E.01.007

Do you have any ideas how to fix this?

The firmware upgrade function has not been opened yet. You can download the plugin from Space and the store will open it as soon as possible
