Hi! The buttons only work with the UP key, but how do I make it so that there are 3 button positions? Is it the 1-DOWN KEY, the 2 -UP KEY? 3 - THE "HOLD" KEY?

Currently, our version only supports long press function for 293V2 firmware devices. In the future, we will also develop long press function for other models of devices. You can search for this model on Alibaba International website

How am I going to find the v2 versions when most vendors won't post this level of detail.  Please post a link to a V2 device.

So I have an application (and there are lots of them out there) where the SHIFT or the ALT need to be held down while using the mouse.  It appears that you guys never considered the design of this device?

This is not currently supported, and optimization is already being done in this area, which is to keep a key working like a keyboard when long pressed.
