Only combination of 2 key to create hotkeys

Dear Team,


My application support Hotkey but only combination of 2 keys
example

Start  = Shift + F1
but the Stream Dock   make difference between Left Shift and Right Shift
How Can I remove this Left +Shift + F1   , and to have only  Shift + F1  on my Stream Deko Profile
