When did you buy it? Can you still press the button to activate the function even when the computer is turned on with a black screen? If so, you need to replace a component in the device. If there is no response, please let us know and upgrade the firmware to make it work

We have tried this upgrade program for AKP153E, but there are still some issues. I will send it to you later when we are ready, otherwise you won't be able to upgrade either
