tmice software

Hello, I received a "tmice" deck, on the back it has a link to tmice.key123.vip/win which does not work but tmice.key123.vip sent me to here. I am still looking for the software to install it. All these deck look the same but with different branding (ajazz, fhoou, streamdock mirabox etc). Is there a universal software for all of these? do I just have the worst version? any help would be aprreciated.

thanks, I was able to download it and install it. Now when I open the program, it loads and then it auto closes on its own. any ideas on how to fix that?

From your screenshot, you have downloaded the plugins. Please uninstall all the plugins before trying again

Thanks for trying to help. I do not have any plug ins installed.  The plugins folder is empty. I did install the program from this link https://tmicetech.com/pages/doawload  before I found this forum. I then uninstalled it and installed the one from tmice.key123.vip/win and when I open it it auto closes. I then restarted the machine and it continues to just auto close. If I try to open it multiple times then it freezes and I was able to take the image from above.



One last thing. I decided to test it on my laptop. I installed the same tmice.key123.vip/win on my laptop, restarted it and plug it in. The software does not find the device and after a while it just hangs. Not having much luck

The plugin used by the software is not here. In our software settings, you have a "Open folder location" and then find the plugin in the Plugin folder. Otherwise, you need to reset your computer first and then open it
