Issues with Steeam Dock 293S

Hello,
I bought a StreamDock 293S, but when I run the StreamDock software, it shows on the menu twice, as both Stream Dock 293SV3_2546 AND separately with a different entry that doesn't work that reads Stream Dock 293S.
When I try to update the firmware for the 293SV3_2546 entry, I always get the error "The server could not find the corresponding device".
Is there something I need to do to fix these issues? Is there some other way to manually update the firmware?

You just need to use it normally. There is a 293S that is just an instance template and does not need to be processed

What about the firmware update? I also have an N3 E1E39, and that one does not have the firmware update button, saying it's up to date, but the 293SV3_2546 HAS the firmware update button, but gives me an error when I try to update.

Is there a way to update the firmware manually?

Please send us a screenshot of your firmware version number to see if it is the latest; He has an update button, but that doesn't mean he needs to update the firmware
